Discover one of the gems of the island of São Miguel. This hike starts in one of the most remote villages on the island of São Miguel (Faial da Terra). This stunning walk will take you to a green and intense vegetation following the course of a stream of crystal clear water that will take you to a small but beautiful waterfall with all its nature on it.

On the way back along the trail we will pass through the old and historic village of Sanguinho at the top of the mountain where we will have a unique view of the coast and the parish of Faial da Terra and all the ocean that surrounds us.

On the way back, we will see an impressive waterfall in the parish of Ribeira Quente, returning to the village of Furnas, be surprised by the entire landscape of an active volcano and all the mystery behind it.
