It is a 200km crossing with a 6500 meters-drop done in 4 intense days*, from the east side of the Park, starting in Tourém to Ameijoeira on the west side of the Park, passing through mountains and valleys and getting to know some charming villages of the mountain and unique viewpoints.

PROGRAM
Day 1: Tourém - Cabril (going through Pitões das Júnias and Paradela)– 44 km;
Day 2: Cabril - Campo do Gerês (going through Vila do Gerês) - 35 Kms;
Day 3: Campo do Gerês - Soajo (going through Portela do Homem)- 52 Kms;
Day 4: Soajo -Ameijoeira (going through Sr.ª da Peneda, Lamas de Mouro and Castro Laboreiro)- 65 Kms.
